This Confidentiality Statement ("Statement") is entered into by Customer ("Recipient") in connection with Cipher Rescue Chain LLC ("Cipher Rescue Chain" or "Company") and its operations relating to the protection, tracing, and recovery of digital or financial assets ("Confidential Information").
I acknowledge that any information I receive, access, or handle through Cipher Rescue Chain is confidential and proprietary. This includes, but is not limited to, asset recovery data, transaction histories, blockchain investigation reports, client details, and any other information related to recovery operations ("Confidential Information").
I agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any Confidential Information to third parties without the prior written consent of Cipher Rescue Chain. This applies to all verbal, written, and electronic communications.
I understand that the Confidential Information is provided solely to assist in recovery and compliance processes conducted by Cipher Rescue Chain. I will not use the Confidential Information for any other purpose unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.
I agree to implement all reasonable measures to protect the Confidential Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse, in accordance with Cipher Rescue Chain’s internal policies and U.S. data protection regulations.
I acknowledge that any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of Confidential Information may result in legal action under applicable U.S. laws, including but not limited to civil penalties, injunctive relief, or criminal prosecution.
These confidentiality obligations will remain in effect indefinitely, continuing beyond any termination of my involvement with Cipher Rescue Chain, until the Confidential Information becomes lawfully public or the Company releases me from these obligations in writing.
Upon request or completion of services, I will promptly return or securely destroy all Confidential Information in my possession, including digital copies, and confirm compliance with this requirement in writing.
I recognize that mishandling of Confidential Information could compromise ongoing investigations and endanger affected parties. I understand and accept full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of such information.
This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington, D.C.
